Service and access
DMR Terminal is a market research, news, charting, trading journal and read-only portfolio service provided by DMR Digital LLC. Eligible DMR Academy members receive personal access. The Terminal is not an investment account, exchange, broker or portfolio management service. Education purchases are governed separately by their applicable agreement.
Personal account and security
Accounts may not be shared, transferred or resold. Each account permits one active session; a new sign-in ends the previous session. Use accurate contact details and protect passwords and verification codes. Report suspected access promptly. Do not respond to messages requesting passwords, recovery codes or exchange secrets in DMR’s name.
Exchange connections
Connect only supported read-only keys. Keys permitting order placement or withdrawals are not accepted. The Terminal does not place orders or hold your assets. You may revoke keys at your exchange at any time. Removing a connection removes its stored key; previously imported journal records are managed separately. Exchange outages and network delays may affect updates; verify critical information at the exchange.
Permitted use
Use the service lawfully for personal analysis. Unauthorized automation, quota circumvention, bulk extraction, redistribution, attempts to access other users’ data and bypassing security controls are prohibited. Request limits may protect security and availability. Report vulnerabilities to support without exploiting them or disclosing personal data.
Content and rights
The brand, interface and software belong to DMR Digital LLC or their respective rights holders. You may share position cards and permitted chart exports without misleading alterations. You retain rights to your notes and images and authorize storage and display in your account to deliver the service. You must hold the necessary rights to uploaded content.
Availability, changes and responsibility
Uninterrupted access, a fixed data scope or zero latency is not guaranteed. Features may change for maintenance, provider changes or security. Material changes will be communicated in advance where practicable. Access violating security or these terms may be restricted with an explanation; support can review objections. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights, liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Mandatory consumer and data protection laws applicable to you, and your rights to approach competent authorities, remain unaffected. Continued use does not constitute advance acceptance of every future change or consent to separate processing purposes.
