Information processed
We process account email, display name, password hash, verification and session records; IP, browser information and access events for security; encrypted exchange API credentials, balances, positions, orders and trade history for connected portfolios; notes, tags and uploaded images for Journal. Support submissions and contact details are sent to support. Never include passwords, API secrets or payment card details in support requests.
Use and sharing
Information is used to operate accounts, verify eligibility, deliver selected features, provide support and prevent abuse. Personal data is not sold. Infrastructure, security and transactional email providers support delivery; authorized staff access information only for their duties. Necessary disclosures may be made under legal obligations or competent authority requests. Exchange keys and your personal trading history are not sent to AI services used for general news analysis.
International services and embedded content
DMR Digital LLC is registered in the United States. Hosting, network security, email, exchange connections and embedded charts/video may use infrastructure abroad. Cloudflare, Hetzner, Brevo, TradingView, VdoCipher and your connected exchange may process technical data within their services. Embedded content may receive IP and browser information. Applicable transfer rules and safeguards must be observed; this policy alone is not consent or a legal safeguard for transfers.
Retention, deletion and security
Account and Journal records are retained according to the service relationship and user choices. Expired verification links and sessions become invalid. Deletion requests are assessed against legal retention duties, disputes and security needs; residual backup copies expire through the normal backup cycle. Passwords are one-way hashed; exchange secrets are encrypted and not returned to browsers. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Rights and requests
For access, correction, deletion, restriction and other applicable rights, contact info@dmrkripto.com. Proportionate information may be requested to verify identity; passwords or exchange secrets will never be requested. Requests are answered within applicable legal deadlines. You retain the right to contact the competent data protection authority. Updates carry a version date; material changes will also be notified.
